The Face Behind Peak Results
I’m Kristen Madsen, and my mission is to help you move better so you can live better. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and over 17 years in the industry, I’ve seen firsthand how the right balance of movement and nutrition can transform not just your physique, but your emotional health and daily drive.
I’m a firm believer that fitness should never feel like a chore. Outside the gym, you’ll find me living out that philosophy—whether I'm hiking with my husband and 2 bonus boys or walking my dachsunds, moving my body is a part of my life. I love this beautiful state we call home, and I’m grateful for the privilege of helping my neighbors look, feel, and play at their absolute best.
